It also allows you to remain focused without any distractions while still having the company of others. Joining a Zoom Live session demonstrates your commitment and dedication to achieving your fitness goal.
PRE-RECORDED SESSIONS
Recorded sessions offer the same benefits as Zoom Live, but with the added advantage of being able to revisit a particular session whenever you wish. With the ability to replay a recording, you can take your time and fully understand the session’s movements, ensuring that you are performing them accurately and mastering the technique.
